Ali is a Registered Massage Therapist in both British Columbia and Alberta, and graduated from Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2025. Her approach is rooted in creating individualized treatments that address the underlying causes of discomfort while supporting the nervous system’s natural ability to heal. Each session may blend relaxation with evidence-informed therapeutic techniques and includes personalized home-care recommendations to help you continue your progress beyond the treatment room.

Alongside her massage therapy practice, Ali has been a certified yoga teacher since 2019 (RYT-500 / RCYT). Her training includes Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, trauma-aware yoga, meditation, and children’s yoga. With a long-standing interest in movement science, she weaves mindful movement, breath awareness, and body mechanics into her classes.
